Apple Introduces Ultra-Wide Camera Option

The tech giant continues to innovate with its latest product that debuted early September, the iPhone 11. While the device may seem like a “reproduction” of the company’s previous models superficially, the iPhone 11 interior components are nothing short of superlative.

The standard Pro model features a Super Retina XDR 5.8” all-screen OLED multi-touch display; the Pro Max version coming in at just over 6.5”.  The phones continue to be offered at the standard 64, 256, or 512GB options with an all-new 3rd generation Neural Engine A13 Bionic chip. All of the technical specifications are up to par with today’s standards in mobile technology however, where apple really shined and overtook competitors, it is in the camera.

Apple introduced the new Ultra-Wide 12MP rear camera paired with the standard wide camera. The Ultra-Wide camera has a 120-degree field of view with an aperture of 2.4. On the Pro & Pro Max versions, you also get an incredible telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom in, 2x optical zoom out, and a digital zoom feature up to 10x – all with an aperture of 2.0. The sapphire crystal lenses are designed for the next-generation content creation for everybody!

All versions of the 11 are now capable of 4K video recording at 24, 30, or 60 fps. Apple also added a new time-lapse video feature with stabilization for all those cool Instagram short edits!
